Packaging & Delivery Your prints are delivered in sturdy cardboard postal tubes, or custom-made boxes when a frame is selected. A4 prints come in robust cardboard envelopes.

Professional Framing Service We pride ourselves on our speedy and professional framing service. Our frames are handmade in the UK, ensuring superior quality. They feature child-safe perspex glazing, nearly indistinguishable from glass. Our Leicestershire studio guarantees excellent quality and a swift turnaround.

Choose Your Frame We offer three distinct frame styles and sizes - Smooth black solid wood, Whitewash, and Natural solid oak. Please note, A2 framed prints are not available for international delivery due to size constraints.

Material & Dimensions Our prints are made from high-quality 260gsm paper. Our framed prints are protected with bubble wrap, special boxes, and corner protectors to keep the frame secure in transit. Unframed prints come in A4, A3, and A2 sizes while framed prints' dimensions vary.

We aim to dispatch all orders from That's Nice That within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be sent out the next working day.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery

We send all standard service packages via Hermes. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery, from the date the order is dispatched. If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left explaining what to do next. Hermes will then take your package to your nearest local postal depot where you can collect it at a time that’s convenient for you.

Next Day delivery

All express packages are sent via DPD Next Day and will arrive the following working day after dispatch. If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left explaining what to do next. DPD will then take your package to your nearest local postal depot where you can collect it at a time that’s convenient for you.
